John Passion, I would actually pick Haydn. The name of the opera therefore, changed to Fidelio, against the wishes of the composer. After the death of his patron, Haydn journeyed twice to London, England. The oratorio is divided into four parts, one for each of the seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Upon the occasion of his two visits to London (1791 and 1794) he was hailed as the greatest musician of the day, and received marked attention from royalty.
